Join our Team as a Partner Support Advisor (Billing)



Location: Gurugram



About the role:




The Billing Analyst supports the Billing function by collecting data in the format of CDR's and LDR's (Call Data Records and Line Data Records), maintaining accuracy of data, reporting on profitability and resolving billing issues. The Billing Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the billing function to deliver timely and accurate billing across all divisions.

Key responsibilities:





Run reports and checks on customer charging using the company's own developed billing system Resolve unbilled items (i.e. where a tariff hasn't been assigned to a customer) Data collection and checks of CDRs, identifying efficiencies where possible Follow department procedures to enable live bill run sign offs Support the line manager with ongoing improvements to the billing function, including: Templating reports Bill-run procedures (i.e. data collection) Pro-active ideas to drive improvement Support Billing department as required and be involved with cross training between Managed Billing and Wholesale Billing teams Charge queries Assist with Partner migrations Additional ad-hoc requirements as directed
