Job Summary
Partner Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partner Operations Analyst to join our Global Partner Organization. You will provide critical support across New Hire onboarding, issue resolution, and data operations, acting as a central point of contact for channel processes and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:

• Serve as an advisor to International Channel leaders by actively participating in day-to-day business, forecasting, and team calls
• Drive analytics activities by maintaining up-to-date dashboards, fulfilling ad-hoc data requests from the team, and creating new dashboards in Salesforce (SFDC) and Google Sheets (gsheets) as needed
• Analyze data to identify pain points, propose process improvements, and contribute to enhanced operational efficiency
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all channel processes, providing support to partners through case queue management and assisting the internal channel team
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires within the Global Partner Organization
• Review and manage escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for specific projects within Salesforce (SFDC)

Experience:

• Proven experience in an operations, support, or data analysis role, preferably within a partner or channel-focused organization
• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce (SFDC) for data management, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Experience in managing and resolving complex operational issues.
• Experience supporting internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in case management, support coordination or similar operations role
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving aptitude
