Key Responsibilities
Identify potential partners such as agencies and vendors.
Approach decision-makers and propose mutually beneficial tie-ups.
Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, service levels, and agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination between internal departments.
Monitor partner performance, satisfaction, and service quality.
Develop partnership strategies to improve revenue, usage, and brand value.
Track and report partnership progress, leads, conversions, and activity status.
Resolve partner concerns and act as a single point of contact.
Work closely with operations, marketing, and management to execute partnership plans.
Identify new opportunities to expand market presence and improve service efficiency.
