Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages directly to customers.
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer base through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Provide personalized travel consultation and itinerary planning to meet customer needs.
Develop and execute marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional post-sales support.
Collaborate with the company team to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
Contribute ideas to improve sales strategy and customer experience.
Requirements
Prior experience in
travel, tourism, or sales (B2C segment preferred)
.
Strong passion for travel and knowledge of destinations, packages, and tourism trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good digital presence and ability to use social media/online platforms for lead generation.
Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving attitude.
