The Partner Enablement Engineer, (PEE) educates new customers, configures their products, helps solve technical problems, and ensures smooth adoption of our products and services. The Partner Enablement Engineer is high energy, radiates confidence and experienced with troubleshooting networking or infrastructure issues, and passionate about helping customers, and excels communication via phone and email.

We prioritize delivering an amazing customer experience and this is the first step in the process. This position requires a background in networking, OSes and security as it relates to service implementation. This role has the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and video learning of additional skills in Linux, Ansible, git, scripting with the potential to grow into other roles like DevOps or cyber security within the company.

What you\'ll be working on:

• Become a product expert
• Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist many new customers with implementation following the journey map
• Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders
• Help replace or fix existing deployments
• Provide technical lead on calls through the duration of customer enablement
• Troubleshoot issues when deploying such as networking configuration, logging or endpoint conflicts
• Work with the customer to articulate our value proposition and help them get the most out of the enablement process
• Continually train and learn on technology
• Learn to update our automation systems and deploy fixes as needed
• Research and document technology integrations used by our customers
• Be a part of over technology operations sprints to help. build and improve products

What you bring to the role:

• Ideally 3+ Years\xe2\x80\x99 Networking and System knowledge
• Knowledge of networking, including OSI stack , routing, basic network troubleshooting with arp, netstat , traceroute, curl, netcat
• Familiar with common network technologies like ssh, routers, switches, firewalls.
• Comfortable on the command line as well as as well at looking at logs to pinpoint issues.
• Familiarity with Linux particularly tools like ip, if config, ping, ssh, ssh keys, grep, find, ufw, Ubuntu , apt rsyslog.
• Experience with cyber security tools and concepts like ids, Suricata, firewall, stateful inspection
• Experience with Ansible,

or ELK stack vagrant is a major plus. * Hands on working knowledge of various operating system flavors including, but not limited to, Windows, Linux, Unix.

• Hands on experience with Firewalls, Switchers, IDS/IPS systems.
• Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders
• Great analytical skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Field experience supporting customers in networking or system troubleshooting.
• Evidence of consistently excelling at what you do.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude.
• BA or BS/MA or MS in Computer/Security field or related field experience is a plus.
