What You Will Own


As a Partner Capability Manager, you will own the end-to-end creation and delivery of content, tools and training & assessment programs aimed at enhancing Tally Partner teams capabilities.



Your primary responsibility will be to design engaging, easy-to-understand enablement content that simplifies Tally's product solutions for sales roles across partner organisations. You will curate and manage both classroom and e-learning experiences, including videos, cue cards, assessments, and simulations. Additionally, you will conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, collaborate with internal teams to align training with business priorities, and audit training delivery to ensure quality & effectiveness. Your role is central to empowering partner teams to confidently represent Tally products and drive stronger customer engagement and business outcomes.


Experience You Should Bring


4+ years of experience in B2B sales, customer engagement, or sales training/ sales enablement roles. Exposure to MSME sector, especially involving software products. Proven experience in building sales training content, tools, and programs. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle stages, and capability-building initiatives. Prior experience in engaging cross-functional teams and managing training rollouts at scale. Experience in facilitating learning through both in-person sessions and digital platforms. Tally product knowledge will be an added advantage.

What You Will Be Doing


Ideate and create innovative, high impact, easy to use sales tools for partner sales teams such as sales videos, cue cards, byte size learning, demos facilitation guides, tips & tricks, etc. Lead and coordinate high impact capability enhancement programs such as the Black Belt program. Manage end-to-end functioning of the e-learning portal including vendor engagement, future roadmaps & related developments, adoption & usage of the portal etc. Curate e-learning content (SCROM and regular) for the new resource e-learning portal. Create useful learning support content for the e-learning platform such as quizzes, assessments, etc. Facilitate download sessions for field teams, gain adoption of the tools and collect feedback for improving the same. Assist the capability team in recording and disseminating benchmark sales capacity & capability building practices observed in our partner network. * Periodically collect feedback, monitor trends, and keep the enablement content up to date.
