Role Overview
As a Partner Account Manager (PAM), you will play a key role in developing and managing partnerships with Audio Visual Solutions Integrators (AVSI) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV). You will drive joint marketing initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and help close business opportunities by collaborating closely with our partners.

Head of Sales
and the
OEM Account Manager
.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners in the Audio/Video collaboration ecosystem.
Identify and nurture new partnerships (AVSI and ISV) to generate business opportunities.
Understand partner and customer needs, challenges, and decision-making processes to design effective partnership strategies.
Actively participate in customer engagements, support deal closures, and drive new business initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and execute outcome-based partnership and marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-3 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
Strong interest or exposure to Audio/Video collaboration technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve business results.
