Partner Account Executive
Looking for experienced candidates preferred with Minimum 1 yr. experience in IT direct sales
Work Location : Kakkanad
Requirements:
1 - 3 years in account management for a channel sales organization.
Experience in the information technology industry direct sales is a must;
Basic knowledge of cyber security products and the IT industry preferred.
Strong sales background with a proven record of success;
Ability to anticipate and understand reseller business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business management/administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A knack for rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
Strong written, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI reporting tools.
International travel required.
Expertise in conducting online meetings and training often.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners.
Identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities.
Provide product demo/trial and coordinate technical support to partners.
Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction.
Develop competency and qualification plans for partners.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation.
Develop a business plan to improve sales and profitability.
Work with Sales, marketing and technical teams to achieve revenue goals.
Coordinate with partners to prioritize, plan and manage business activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the partner's marketing plans and recommend improvements.
Work with partners in monthly pipeline review and management activities.
Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs.
Organize partner meetings to discuss any issues and updates.
Participate in internal business review and revenue forecasting activities

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
