We are seeking a highly accurate and efficient
Part-Time Remote Typist
[Male] to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent keyboarding skills, and can maintain high levels of productivity while working independently. This role involves converting various file types (handwritten notes, scanned documents, audio files) into digital text formats.
Responsibilities
Type and Transcribe
data from source documents into digital text format (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or internal database).
Ensure Accuracy
and consistency of all entered data by performing thorough proofreading and verification checks.
Maintain Data Integrity
and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Organize and Archive
electronic files properly following company protocols.
Meet Deadlines
and productivity goals as established by the supervisor.
Communicate
any discrepancies or issues regarding source materials promptly.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience:
Previous experience (e.g., 1+ year) in a data entry, transcription, or typist role is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional focus on identifying and correcting errors.
Self-Motivation:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Compensation and Schedule
Hours:
Approximately35 hours per week.
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling is available, but must be completed between the hours of
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Monday to Saturday.
