and assist the HR team whenever required. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for developing people.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
Train staff on company policies, teamwork, communication, and job responsibilities
Prepare simple training materials, presentations, and handouts
Support the HR team in the hiring process (initial screening, scheduling interviews, follow-up with candidates)
Maintain training records and attendance
Provide feedback to employees and help improve their performance
Monitor employee progress during the training period
Coordinate with department heads for training needs
Assist in onboarding new employees
Ensure training content is easy to understand for all education levels
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / PPT)
Ability to explain instructions clearly
Patience and willingness to support team members
Organizational and time management skills
Part time 9.30 am - 3.00pm salary - 10k - 12k ,
