Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees in various technical areas. This role requires a strong understanding of design software and mechanical concepts, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex information in an engaging manner.

Duties

Design and implement training programs focused on key software applications including MicroStation, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit. Conduct hands-on training sessions to teach employees about 2D animation techniques and mechanical design principles. Develop training materials, manuals, and resources that support learning objectives. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluations. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees as they apply new skills in their roles. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technologies to ensure training content remains relevant.

Skills

Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, NavisWorks, and other CAD software. Strong background in mechanical design principles and practices. Experience in creating 2D animations for instructional purposes is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in developing training materials. Ability to engage learners through interactive training methods and practical demonstrations. A passion for teaching and helping others grow professionally.
