We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced professional to join us as a

Part-Time Trainer for Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction projects, cost analysis, and estimation methods, and should be capable of delivering engaging and practical online sessions to learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online training sessions on Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation Create and deliver course materials, practical examples, and project-based assignments Teach estimation techniques for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads Explain BOQ preparation, rate analysis, tendering, and budgeting methods Offer insights from real industry projects and practices Address student queries and provide support during sessions Stay updated with latest industry practices and software tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Take-off Software

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation Strong knowledge of construction project planning, budgeting, and tender documentation Proficiency in estimation tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, Plan Swift or similar) Good communication and presentation skills
