Responsibilities

Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Collaborate with HR management to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
Utilize HR systems such as Ceridian, Kronos, Workday, and Paychex for tracking training progress and employee performance.
Manage talent management initiatives to foster employee growth and development.
Provide guidance on workers' compensation policies and procedures during training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Skills
Strong understanding of human resources management principles.
