Rera Consultancy India, a leading real estate regulatory compliance and consultancy firm, is looking for a

Part-time Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain

RERA Consultancy Services

. Maintain and update the customer database. Follow up with leads and ensure customer queries are addressed. Provide clear and concise information about our services. Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further processing. Record and maintain call feedback and responses.

Fluency in Telugu is preferred.

Minimum 6 months of tele calling or customer service experience (Freshers can also apply).

Strong communication and persuasion skills. Minimum

Intermediate (12th pass) or Graduation

is preferred. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word.

Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
