Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce #Inklude's products and services.
Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information about our offerings.
Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the business development team.
Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns and collecting client feedback.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.
Maintain professionalism and ensure positive client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
Excellent verbal communication skills in
Malayalam and English
.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Ability to handle client queries effectively and build rapport.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.
