Account's preparation:
Prepare financial statements from incomplete records
Supervision of Bookkeepers:
Ensure accurate bookkeeping is being maintained by checking the bank reconciliation, suppliers and debtors' ledgers, month-end, or quarter-end entries, etc.
Communication:
Communicate with clients as appropriate in a positive and constructive manner.
Analytical and problem-solving skills:
You need strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail as you will be analyzing financial performance and handling important documents. You will also be dealing with complex data sets.
Time management and organization:
Working in accountancy means you will be dealing with strict deadlines, and you will need to have a system to keep track of your responsibilities and priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA
Purchase:
- Purchase Bill Entry on Daily Basis
- Payment Entry in records and Email Vendors about the payment made
- Creating and Issuing Purchase Orders to vendors
Invoicing:
- Invoice creation as per orders.
- Material serial no etc. entry in Product Record Book.
- Payments received from customer to be entered.
- Payment Reminders to customers depending on payment terms for that customer.
Dispatches:
- Dispatch Documentation
- Entry in Courier Dispatch book E.g. Weight, Mode etc.
Returns:
- Entry in Return Book for units received from Customer.
