Required Part time Speech Therapists for a special school on immediate basis
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose the specific nature of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Formulate and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students specific functional needs and treatment goals.
Administer therapeutic exercises and teach strategies to clients to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language comprehension.
Provide treatment for feeding and swallowing difficulties, including strengthening muscles and prescribing modified diet plans.
Instruct students the use of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) systems for severe communication disorders.
Counsel and educate clients, families, and caregivers on how to manage communication or swallowing disorders and implement therapeutic techniques.
Maintain detailed clinical records, documenting client conditions, diagnostic results, and progress throughout the treatment process.
