Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
Manage counter sales, billing, and daily order processing.
Maintain product display, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
Promote new products, festive items, and offers to increase sales.
Build and maintain relationships with walk-in and corporate customers.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the production team for order fulfillment.
