Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Handle phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with the doctor and staff for daily appointments and clinic operations.
Manage billing, invoices, and daily collections.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
Assist in basic administrative duties such as data entry, inventory management, and filing.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience as a receptionist or admin (clinic or customer service background preferred).
Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
Professional appearance and punctuality.
Willing to work minimum
4 hours per day
