We are looking for a confident and creative
Part-Time Podcaster
with 1-2 years of experience in hosting or co-hosting podcasts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera/mic, conducting interviews, and engaging audiences through compelling conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Host and record podcasts (audio/video) as per content calendar
Research topics and prepare discussion points or scripts
Conduct interviews with guests and experts
Maintain engaging and professional on-air presence
Coordinate with the content and production team
Promote podcast episodes on social media (basic level)
Take feedback and improve content quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in podcasting, hosting, or content creation
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Clear voice, confident personality, and good articulation
Basic understanding of podcast formats and audience engagement
Comfortable with microphones, cameras, and recording setups
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with video podcasts
Basic audio/video editing knowledge
Knowledge of YouTube, Spotify, or other podcast platforms
