Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) Technical Consultant
with a strong technical background and a solid understanding of Oracle WMS functionality. The ideal candidate will have

expertise, with deep experience in
PL/SQL
,
SQL
, and Oracle
database development
.
You will work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to design, develop, implement, and support Oracle WMS solutions that enhance warehouse operations and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, and interfaces related to
Oracle WMS
.
Develop and optimize
PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and functions
for Oracle WMS modules.
Create and manage
database objects
(tables, views, indexes, sequences, synonyms, etc.) as part of WMS development.
Support the
integration
of Oracle WMS with other Oracle modules and external systems.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
Perform
root cause analysis
, troubleshoot system issues, and apply performance tuning to PL/SQL and database code.
Assist in
system upgrades, patches, and data migration
activities.
Develop
technical documentation
, including design documents, test scripts, and deployment guides.
Participate in
code reviews
and ensure adherence to best practices and Oracle standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong technical expertise (70%)
in:
Oracle PL/SQL
,
SQL
Database design and development
Oracle Forms, Reports, and Interfaces
(nice to have)
API development and integration
Functional knowledge (30%)
of Oracle
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
processes including inventory, logistics, and supply chain workflows.
Experience working with
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
or
Oracle Cloud WMS
.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues.
Strong understanding of
Oracle database architecture
and performance tuning techniques.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
