This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver efficient and scalable Oracle SPM implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and maintain
Oracle SPM (VIC)
solutions for incentive compensation planning, calculation, and reporting.
Implement and manage
compensation plans, formulas, payment workflows, and crediting rules
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to
gather requirements
and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
Perform
data integrations, validations, and transformations
across systems such as Oracle HCM, CRM, and ERP.
Troubleshoot issues
, perform root cause analysis, and apply appropriate fixes or enhancements.
Create and maintain
technical documentation
for configurations, customizations, and development activities.
Support
testing, UAT, training, and deployment
phases of Oracle SPM projects.
Ensure compliance with
security, governance, and best practices
in Oracle SPM/VIC implementations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3-5+ years
of hands-on experience with
Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM)
, focusing on the
Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC)
module.
Strong understanding of
compensation plan design, crediting, roll-ups, and calculation engines
within Oracle VIC.
Experience working with
Oracle Incentive Compensation data models
and payment processing.
Proficiency in
SQL
and
PL/SQL
development within
Oracle Database
environments.
Experience with
data integration tools
such as
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

Informatica
, or similar.
Familiarity with
API-based integrations

Agile development

DevOps
practices.
Preferred Skills:
