Support HR and accounting functions with documentation and record-keeping.
Coordinate with different customers / vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain organized records, files, and databases.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters, and packages).
Handle errands such as banking, courier services, or office-related purchases when required.
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
Assist in organizing office events and travel arrangements.
