Job Description

:

Handling entire Recruitment Process:

1. Post Jobs on Linked In/Naukri/Other Job Portals as the case may be.

2. Downloading CV's, send to Recruiter, compilation of first cut CV's, sending

google forms to candidates to fill the same etc.

3. Compilation of List of candidates who fill the Forms. Talk to candidates, arranging of

Interviews etc.

4. Giving offer, onboarding & other related activities.

5. Sending confirmation letters, experience letters etc.

Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum 6-10 years of hand-on experience in the recruiting process as listed above.

2. Excellent communication skills, MS Office know-how specially working with Google Forms, Google Sheets & Excel Sheets.

3. Well versed with Recruiting Platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, Linked-In etc.

4. Should be able to work independently without any guidance on Excel, Email, Linked In etc.

Compensation Structure:

1. Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000 per month.

2. Working Hours - Every Tuesday & Saturday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

3. Location: Sector 75, Noida. Initially for 3 months candidate will need to come mandatorily, after that if Management will allow then some visits can be converted to Remote working.

All above parameters are strictly required, hence apply only if you excel in all of the above & will be able to adhere to the schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week

Work Location: In person
