The job requires design engineer to work part time or full time from our Office during our office hours of 09 am to 9 pm. (Work from home aspirants should not apply)Infrastructure including systems and softwares etc. would be provided by the company.Associate should have atleast 2-3 years of hands-on 3D CAD CAM and VMC operation. Worked on Fusion 360.Work Location: 22-23-24, Dharma Industrial Estate, Gat Number 74-75, Jyotiba Nagar, Talwade, Nigdi, Pune 411062Responsibilities:Machining knowledge and strong CAM and/or G-CODE programming fundamentalsStudy design briefs and determine requirementsRead and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, and specifications.Understand GD&T and apply it during the programming process.Design, develop and engineer high-quality models using 3D and 2D CAD toolsPlan and execute manufacturing processes individually or as a teamUse of CAD to create part models and geometry as needed.Create documentation for assembly drawings, Bill of Materials etc.Develop a standard library of commonly used CAD parts that can be built into a digital toolbox.Maintain revision and quality control on programs, tool sheets, and setup documentation.Machining knowledge and strong programming fundamentalsTheoretical and practical application of highly-specialized knowledge in computer systems, analysis, programming, and engineeringSkills/personal qualities:Ability to ask the right questions efficiently to gain the correct understanding of the assignment.Training and associated certifications or a degree in CAD/CAM would be preferredSpatial imagination and methodical understandingHands-on expertise in using various designing software and technologies such as FreeCAD, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro E, Catia, Solid Edge, MS office etc. and flexibility to adopt and learn new tools and technologiesGood Knowledge of Tool Room, Materials and various manufacturing processes, Machine Tools and Cutting Tools is preferred.Work individually or as a team on continuous improvement efforts.Great attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressureExcellent communication skills both Verbal and Written - English and Hindi (Marathi - optional), organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesFlexible to stretch working hours in case requiredOrganized, dependable and detail-orientedQuick Learner and EfficientTeam PlayerVishwasya Technologiess Private Limited, Pune Job Type: Part-timeSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
