We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Executive to join our real estate team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist in property site visits, client coordination, and support sales activities across Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments and gather feedback.
Assist the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups.
Maintain and update records of client interactions and property visits.
Stay informed about market trends and property listings in the area.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
Prior experience in real estate or field sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle.
Working Hours:
Flexible; approximately 20-25 hours per week, including weekends as needed.
