Here is what you need to become a teacher:
- B.A / M.A / B.A, B.Ed / M.A, B.Ed / M.A, M.Ed
- Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills
- Neutral accent
- Understanding of and familiarity with teaching phonics to children between 4 to 6 years
- Two to three years of experience in teaching pre-primary grades
- Ability to write and/or understand engaging and detailed lesson plans is a definite advantage
- Minimum availability of 120 hrs per month (30 hrs per week during the following time slots: 3 pm to 8 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 9 pm on weekends)
- Laptop/desktop with good configuration
- High-speed broadband connection
- Available for immediate joining
- Detailed training on our in-house state-of-the-art WAVE+ platform
- Training on SuperReaders program and related pedagogical practices
- 2x salary of regular teachers while working from the comfort of your own home. (minimum 25,000 per month)
- Minimum requirement: 120 hours in a month to be committed by the teacher (minimum 30 hours of availability to be provided in a week. For this, teachers can choose their availability between 3 pm and 8 pm on weekdays, 10 am and 9 pm on weekends)
- Minimum payout of 25,000 INR will be committed (against 120 hours provided by the teacher)
- If the engagement is more than 120 hours, the teacher will be paid 250 INR for every additional hour of teaching.
- Just to make it clear, even if we are not engaging the teacher completely for 120 hours, you will still be paid 25,000 minimum
