Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, and follow up. Hiring Support: Present qualified candidates, help with offer extensions, and manage onboarding logistics. Reporting & Admin: Track hiring progress, maintain records, and support broader HR/recruitment initiatives.
