Role Overview
Lighthouse Communities Foundation is seeking a motivated young professional to support the
Lighthouse Kiran SEL program
for adolescents. This role will primarily focused on
end-to-end curriculum and module development
, along with supporting program fundraising. The position is ideal for someone passionate about education, youth development, and program design.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Curriculum & Module Development (Primary Focus)
Lead the research, design, and development of a comprehensive
Career Readiness module
for adolescents.
Develop learning objectives, session plans, activities, assessments, and facilitator guides.
Ensure curriculum is age-appropriate, contextually relevant, and aligned with SEL outcomes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, refine, and finalize modules.
2. Fundraising Support
Assist in developing funding proposals, concept notes, and supporting documentation for the Lighthouse Kiran program.
Preferred Candidate Profile
4+years of experience in education, curriculum design, social sector programs, or youth development.
Strong research, writing, and content development skills.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables within short timelines.
Comfortable working independently while coordinating with a team.
