Job Description

Lighthouse Communities Foundation is looking for a young professional to support the Lighthouse Kiran SEL program for adolescents. The role includes:
1. Supporting Program Operations: Managing teams, scheduling the program, supporting the Lighthouse Kiran team members in Pune and PCMC
2. Career Readiness Module development: Research and development of a suitable career readiness module.
3. Fundraising: Creating funding proposals for the program
4. Impact Evaluation: Overseeing tracking the Lighthouse Kiran alumni, implementing an impact evaluation study and creating impact reports .
5. Donor and Government Reporting: Creating monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders.

Location: Pune/PCMC
Employment type: Part-time
Report to: Senior Manager
Open to travel within the city

Duration of position: 3 months - Jan to Mar 2026.
