We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to oversee and manage book-keeping operations, including reimbursements, expenses, banking activities, and claim preparation. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for recovering payments from service recipients and ensuring seamless financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track all personal and business-related expenses.
Prepare and submit reimbursement claims with supporting documentation.
Oversee day-to-day banking operations, including fund transfers and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Recover outstanding payments from various parties receiving services.
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely reimbursements.
Generate regular financial reports for review.
Monitor cash flow and advise on financial planning as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
