Part-Time Accountant

Hours: 6-8 Hours per Week

Salary: INR 4,000 per Month

Preferred: E commerce and Inventory Knowledge

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant. The ideal candidate should be proficient in GST filing, IT returns, and basic data entry tasks related to purchases, sales, and bank entries. This role is perfect for someone looking to work flexible hours and contribute to a dynamic and growing eCommerce company.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements

- Manage and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements- Ensure timely and accurate payment of taxes and other liabilities

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.

- Stock Reconciliation

- Advance knowledge of Excel (vlookup & pivot table)

- Gst Reconciliation

- Monthly reports

- Order wise pnl reports

- Perform basic data entry for purchase invoices, sales invoices, and bank transactions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Qualifications:

Experience:

Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)

Tally: 3 years (Preferred)

Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
