We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations and ensure products are packed accurately, safely, and on time. The Packing Supervisor will lead a team of packers, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet shipping deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities Assign tasks and manage packing staff to meet productivity goals Ensure products are packed according to quality and safety standards Monitor workflow and resolve packing issues or delays Train new employees on packing procedures and safety guidelines Maintain accurate packing records and reports Inspect packed goods for accuracy, damage, and labelling Ensure cleanliness and organization of the packing area Enforce company policies, safety rules, and workplace standards Communicate with production, inventory, and shipping teams
Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing operations Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
