Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Zonal Sales Manager. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within assigned zones, achieving sales targets, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales teams, building relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing sales performance, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with management to drive business success. The role requires strategic thinking, a results-oriented mindset, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving sales targets- Skills in Market Analysis, Strategy Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)- Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in planning and implementing sales strategies and managing sales pipelines- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while collaborating effectively with a team- Experience in the financial services or banking sector is a strong advantage- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field- Willingness to travel within assigned zones when required.
