Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Regional Head at Parker's Consulting & Ventures Pvt. Ltd. The Regional Head will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing teams, and ensuring sales and revenue growth in their designated region. Responsibilities also include developing strategic plans, building and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners, monitoring market trends, and reporting on performance metrics. The Regional Head will work to ensure alignment with the company's goals and uphold its vision of customer and partner satisfaction. QualificationsLeadership and Team Management : Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, oversee performance, and drive team collaboration toward achieving organizational goals.Sales and Business Development : Strong sales acumen with experience in creating and managing strategies to meet sales targets and expand regional market presence.Relationship Management : Proficiency in building and sustaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners. Ability to enhance customer and partner satisfaction.Strategic Planning and Analysis : Skills in developing and implementing effective strategies, conducting market analysis, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize operations and results.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.- Previous experience in the Banking/Finance sector is a strong advantage.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred.
