Job role:
Responsible for brand activation in assigned geography and the lead will also play a pivotal role by providing feedback and analysis on key brand activities and also manage the on-field BA activities and creating awareness about the brand.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Spreading Brand awareness by educating clients/customers about our product/services as per SOPs.
  • Generating revenues by selling Add-Ons and VAS services to the clients and meeting activation targets.
  • Coordinating with central procurement team/vendors for tag and other item delivery.
  • Coordinate and follow up with different internal and external stakeholders for scheduling camp and launching new products/services.
  • Extensive traveling across the city to meet clients/customers and resolve queries and issues.
  • Taking new creative initiatives for better brand visibility and penetration and app adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech, Ops, and other teams to deliver change in a coordinated way, aligned with business objectives.
  • Delivering presentations/training and demonstrations to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the company, product, service, or idea and create a buzz & excitement around all B.A. Activities.
  • Employing interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows for virtual/remote training and sharing information about a product or service, when necessary.
  • Work with the product team internally to give insights collected from the ground and help to shape them into product features.
  • Designing new processes/optimizing the existing ones to reduce the overall cost of the BA process on-site level.
  • Identify target customers and come up with creative ways to reach; engage them.
  • Scheduling BA camps on sites that are on-boarded in the system and assuring that there would be no delay in doing BA camps.
  • Share regular reports on customer feedback about products/services with management and other factors influencing client acquisition.
  • Assuring all the data related to customers/sites/BA camps should be collected and captured on time in our systems/trackers.
  • Monitor the progress of BA campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of camp performance.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing BA budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Highly creative with an ability to think out of the box. Proven ability to implement brand and marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in brand/app adoption.
  • Leads and manages a team of 5-10 BA Executives and designs and tracks their KPIs/KRAs.
  • Training BA executives about new products/services and any amendments in products/services/processes.
  • Assists in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training new members.
Requirements:
  • 3-5-year experience in brand management/activation/sales/business development.
  • In-depth experience in marketing communication, new launches, brand management, and BTL activities.
  • Manage the launch process, ensuring all teams are on track to reach key milestones.
  • Experience in an early-stage start-up environment and the inherent hustle factor would be an advantage
Skills Required:
  • Should have excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to act accordingly under strong pressure, along with the ability to effectively manage during stressful or crisis situations.
  • A passion for creating & delivering innovative ideas and experiences.
  • Comfortable working in flexible working hours conditions and occasional traveling.
  • Proven track record and working experience as a brand executive.
  • Proficient with MS Office products and Google docs.

About the Founder:
Before Park+, Amit spent 11 years building significantly sized internet businesses. He joined three startups at the senior management level in their early stages and played a critical role in scaling them to multi-billion dollar companies. After passing out of IIM Ahmedabad in 2007, he built the B2B business of MakeMyTrip and saw the journey for 4 years from a $50M company to the $1.5B IPO at Nasdaq. In 2012, he joined Paytm and built the complete payment business from scratch to over 90% in market share by 2015. Later, he joined Tokopedia in Indonesia. He helped the company grow from ~$200M to $7B (about 35x) in 2.5 years.

About the Market:
In India, there are about 40M passenger car owners. Everyday problems surrounding car ownership are taxing. These include unavailability of parking spaces, bottlenecks at entry & exit points, long queues at toll plazas, dusty cars in the morning, tedious product journeys for FASTag recharge and many more. On average, a car owner in India spends about $2,500 per annum on the regular maintenance of his/her vehicle. This computes to an annual spend of $80B domestically (exclusive of expenditure on driver and other irregular costs).

Park+ will be built on 3 pillars: cars, real estate and users/partners. With cars, Park+ aspires to create a one-stop shop that will help bring delight back to car ownership by eliminating taxing problems, knowledge gaps and trust deficits. Park+ will partake in all of the services that constitute the $80B spent with a blended take-rate of 7-9%. Globally, the market is 20x bigger. Throughout, we will take an approach of building full-stack services in markets that are whitespaces and take partner-led services in markets that have good existing solutions.

With real estate, Park+ is present at 2,000+ sites driving location-specific services across parking for consumers, parking for corporates, yard management, EV charging and other miscellaneous services such as cloud kitchens.
