The role primarily focuses on lead follow-ups, relationship building, and driving conversions while ensuring a positive parent experience from the first interaction to admission closure.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective parents through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
Clearly communicate school offerings including curriculum, infrastructure, academic track record, and extracurricular programs.
Understand parent queries and provide personalized guidance based on student requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiry updates, daily performance, and lead progress in CRM/Google Sheets.
Coordinate and schedule school visits, counselor meetings, orientations, and trial classes.
Maintain strong follow-up discipline to convert inquiries into admissions.
Work closely with Principals, Admission Counselors, and Marketing teams for admission closures.
Assist parents during the onboarding process -- form filling, fee inquiries, documentation support, etc.
Share timely feedback and insights on parent expectations and market trends.
