We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Parent-Relationship Executive to act as the first point of contact for parents and clients. The role involves handling parent queries, building trust-based relationships, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing queries and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist parents with admissions, onboarding, and service-related support.
Maintain regular communication with parents via calls, emails, or meetings.
Coordinate with internal departments (academics, operations, finance) to resolve issues.
Maintain updated records of interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Support in parent engagement activities, events, and sessions.
Prepare reports on client satisfaction and feedback.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
2-5 years of experience in client servicing / customer relationship roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Patient, approachable, and client-focused personality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
