\xef\x82\xb7 Achieving Monthly and Annual Enrolment Targets which have been finalized in consultation with Management
\xef\x82\xb7 Conceptualizing & organizing events and marketing campaigns to ensure footfalls
\xef\x82\xb7 Conducting Market Study & Research
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the inquiry process and ensure effective closure
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure timely collection of fees for various school programs
\xef\x82\xb7 Constantly devise ways to increase parent satisfaction
\xef\x82\xb7 Resolve parent concerns and queries sympathetically and escalate them to the School Head as and when required
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure timely submission of Daily ,Weekly & Monthly reports
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan and ensure timely follow-ups for all sales and marketing activities
\xef\x82\xb7 Regularly update the information on the School App and website
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with vendors for materials and services required at school
\xef\x82\xb7 Handle administrative work related to admissions, withdrawals and support all activities related to the management of children in school
\xef\x82\xb7 Build a bond between the School and the Parent Community Desired Candidate Profile: \xef\x82\xb7 Graduate with 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Hospitality / Sales / Marketing / Front- Office
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
\xef\x82\xb7 A go-getter with a pleasing personality and good social skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in an international pre-school segment will be an added advantage
Role details:
\xef\x82\xb7 This is a full-time position. Working hours would be from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Saturday. Two Saturdays of the month would be non-working Saturdays.
