We are seeking an experienced and driven

Parent Relationship Manager

to lead the operations of our Bangalore Preschool. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in

sales, customer engagement

, and

team management

, combined with a genuine passion for early childhood education. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, a relationship-builder, and an organized leader who can ensure both operational excellence and an outstanding parent and child experience.

Operational Excellence & Staff Leadership



Oversee the end-to-end functioning of the preschool, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality benchmarks. Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of educators and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture. Monitor staff performance, implement training programs, and support professional development to maintain pedagogical excellence. Ensure optimal resource allocation, vendor coordination, and administrative efficiency within the centre.

Parent Relations & Customer Experience



Serve as the primary liaison for all parent interactions, providing consistent, transparent, and empathetic communication. Address parent concerns with professionalism and care, building lasting trust and loyalty. Facilitate regular progress reviews, parent-teacher meetings, and feedback loops to maintain a strong home-centre partnership.

Sales & Business Development



Drive student enrollment by executing targeted local marketing initiatives and conversion-focused outreach strategies. Conduct engaging centre tours and consultations, clearly articulating the centre's offerings, philosophy, and differentiators. Build partnerships with residential communities, corporates, schools, and parenting groups to generate high-quality leads and referrals. Track admissions metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize lead management and sales conversion processes.

Community Engagement & Brand Representation



Organize and oversee centre events such as open houses, workshops, seasonal celebrations, and parenting seminars to foster community involvement. Represent the centre in local networking forums and community initiatives to elevate brand visibility and credibility. Strengthen the preschool's presence and reputation within the local ecosystem through relationship-building and consistent outreach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



Bachelor's degree. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in hospitality, or customer-facing industries. Proven track record in

sales

or

customer success

. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Kannada or other regional languages is advantageous. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. High emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage meaningfully with children, parents, and staff alike. Flexible to work during weekends and evenings for parent interactions or centre events when required. Committed to delivering a warm, enriching, and professionally managed preschool environment. Experience in Early Childhood is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
