Speaking with the prospective parent, understanding the requirement and helping the parent to find the best possible program with us. Achieve the monthly assigned target of student admission. Gaining a deep understanding of the schools being represented, curriculums, parent preferences etc. Previous experience as an academic counselor or in education field Multilingual candidates have a plus point Proficiency in basic computers and CRM Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent phone and cold calling skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong listening and sales skills. Ability to achieve targets Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred. The profile involves working from the office

Preschool experience will be an advantage
