Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fieldwork to identify and generate leads for admissions.
Achieve set daily targets for lead collection.
Engage with parents to provide information about the school's offerings and benefits.
Build strong relationships with prospective parents, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.
Work closely with the admissions team to convert leads into admissions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
Extrovert personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
Strong communication skills to articulate school values convincingly.
Excellent convincing skills to inspire confidence in the school's vision.
