:
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families, ensuring that all their needs, concerns, and questions are addressed promptly.
Provide tours for prospective families and guide them through the enrollment process.
Act as a liaison between parents and staff, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Communication & Updates
:
Share regular updates on child progress, events, curriculum, and other relevant information with parents via email, newsletters, and meetings.
Manage the center's social media and online presence to communicate achievements, events, and updates.
Address inquiries and requests promptly via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Event Planning & Coordination
:
Organize and execute parent engagement events, workshops, and family-oriented activities that support learning and community building.
Coordinate open houses, parent-teacher meetings, and other key events.
Create and distribute event-related materials, surveys, and invitations.
Feedback & Reporting
:
Collect and analyze feedback from parents to identify areas of improvement.
Work with management to address feedback, resolve any issues, and implement improvements.
Prepare reports summarizing engagement activities, feedback trends, and parental satisfaction.
Enrollment Support
:
Support marketing and enrollment efforts by providing potential families with information on programs, fees, schedules, and facilities.
Help in onboarding new families and conducting orientation sessions for parents.
Requirements:
Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or related field.
Experience
: 2+ years of experience in a similar role; experience in an early childhood setting or educational institution is preferred.
Skills
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude toward engaging with parents and young children.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and basic design tools (preferred).
Other
:
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events or meetings as required.
Any other responsibility entrusted by the Management.
