Job Description

As a Parent Counselor, you will serve as the compassionate bridge between families and the school community--guiding parents through the admissions journey with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Provide personalized counseling to prospective parents about school programs, curriculum, and admission procedures. Assist parents in understanding age criteria, documentation requirements, and timelines. Build trust-based relationships with parents by listening actively and responding with empathy. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to craft emotionally resonant messaging and outreach materials. Represent the school at admission fairs, community events, and parent engagement programs. Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, application status, and feedback. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new students. Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or parent engagement (school or educational setting preferred) -Freshers may also apply Excellent interpersonal and communication skills--both verbal and written Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Fluency in local languages and cultural sensitivity is a plus.
