Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall development.
Provide counselling to parents on handling student issues such as study habits, discipline, emotional challenges, and learning difficulties.
Conduct parent meetings, workshops, and counselling sessions.
Assist in resolving parent grievances and maintaining a positive parent-school relationship.
Work closely with teachers, coordinators, and the school management to address student needs.
Maintain confidential records of parent interactions and student concerns.
Guide parents on school policies, procedures, and expectations.
Support admissions, orientation programs, and school events whenever required.
Help parents understand child psychology and developmental milestones.
