About the Role


We are seeking a skilled

Parametric Designer

with a passion for computational design and 2+ years of professional experience to join our Delhi design team. This role is suited to someone with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise in parametric workflows, and a drive to contribute to large-scale projects that shape communities locally and internationally.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing parametric and algorithmic workflows, creating and optimising complex geometries, and supporting the integration of computational design into broader project delivery.

What will you be engaged in?


As a

Parametric Designer

, you'll work at the forefront of computational design, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of complex and exciting projects. You will:
Develop and implement parametric and algorithmic design workflows using Grasshopper, Rhino, and other computational tools. Collaborate with design teams to generate, iterate, and optimize complex geometry systems for large-scale sports, entertainment, and infrastructure projects. Create custom scripts and tools to improve efficiency in design and documentation processes. Support form-finding, facade optimisation for fabrication, seating bowl design, and structural rationalization. Assist in bridging computational design with BIM platforms (Revit, Rhino.Inside, etc.) for seamless project delivery. Produce diagrams, visuals, and compelling design storytelling outputs that clearly communicate design intent.
This is a role where you'll actively contribute to exciting, high-profile projects while continuing to refine your design and technical skills.

What are we looking for?


To succeed in this role, you will bring:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Computational Design, Architectural Technology, or related field Minimum 2 years' professional experience in a design or computational design role Proficiency in Grasshopper, Rhino, Enscape, V-Ray for Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Familiarity with Rhino.Inside, Dynamo, and Python or C# scripting is highly regarded Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of BIM workflows and interoperability between design tools A strong design sensibility and the ability to translate ideas into compelling outputs

Preferred attributes include:


Experience in parametric applications for facade systems, seating bowls, roofs, geometry optimisation, or large-span structures Knowledge of environmental analysis (Ladybug/Honeybee), structural optimisation, or digital fabrication
