Role Overview:

We are seeking

dedicated Paramedical Staff

to join our

ambulance service team

. The role involves providing essential

pre-hospital emergency care, basic life support (BLS), and patient assistance during transport

. Paramedical staff will work alongside EMTs/Paramedics to ensure timely, safe, and effective patient care in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in responding to ambulance calls (emergency and non-emergency). Provide

first aid, wound care, patient monitoring, and BLS support

as required. Support EMTs and Paramedics in handling

emergency procedures

and patient stabilization. Safely lift, move, and transfer patients to and from the ambulance. Monitor patient condition during transport and update the EMT/Paramedic. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of ambulance equipment and supplies. Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Offer compassionate support and reassurance to patients and families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma/Certification in

Paramedical Sciences

(ANM, GNM, DMLT, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent). Valid BLS/First Aid certification (preferred). Prior experience in

ambulance services, hospital emergency, or paramedical care

(preferred). Strong patient handling skills and ability to work under pressure. Physically fit with the ability to lift and move patients. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
