PhD in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), or Physiotherapy
and possess strong academic leadership, administrative, and regulatory compliance skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership for paramedical courses including Biochemistry, Microbiology, MLT, and Physiotherapy.
Plan, implement, and monitor curriculum as per university, council, and statutory body guidelines.
Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities (University, State Paramedical Council, UGC/PCI/Allied Health bodies as applicable).
Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance appraisal, and professional development.
Oversee student admissions, examinations, evaluations, and academic records.
Promote research activities, publications, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Ensure quality assurance, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with management, hospitals, laboratories, and clinical training partners.
Handle inspections, audits, and official correspondence with authorities.
Maintain discipline, ethics, and a positive academic environment.
