Job Description

Paramedic provides emergency medical care to patients during critical situations, ensuring timely treatment and transportation to healthcare facilities. They assess injuries, administer medications, perform life-saving procedures, and support doctors and nurses in emergencies. Paramedics work in ambulances, hospitals, or field environments, requiring high physical endurance, quick decision-making, and compassion. Their primary goal is to stabilize patients and save lives during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Respond rapidly to emergency medical calls and accident scenes immediately. Assess patient condition, vital signs, and overall medical status quickly. Administer first aid, oxygen, and life-saving drugs when needed. Operate ambulance safely while ensuring patient comfort and stability. Communicate patient condition clearly to hospital staff upon arrival. Maintain emergency medical equipment and restock supplies after every mission. Document patient care reports accurately and submit within designated timelines. Participate in continuous medical training and emergency preparedness programs regularly.

Skill & Experience

Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and trauma care. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities during high-pressure situations. Quick decision-making skills with strong problem-solving capabilities. Physical stamina and endurance to handle prolonged emergency duties. Compassionate attitude and emotional stability during distressing medical events. Skilled in using medical devices, defibrillators, and monitoring equipment.
