About the Role :ParallelDots is seeking an ABM Specialist to drive outbound growth by orchestrating high-impact, tech-enabled go-to-market campaigns. This role blends deep curiosity about our target customers with practical expertise in GTM tools, content-led engagement, and precision targeting. You'll be responsible for converting insight into pipeline, collaborating with Sales and Product teams to win the right accounts.Key Responsibilities :- Build and execute outbound ABM campaigns using tools like Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator- Identify high-fit accounts and build tailored, multi-touch outreach sequences- Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales to personalize content and workflows- Design intelligent, AI-assisted research workflows to inform messaging- Track campaign performance and continuously iterate based on real-world feedback- Enrich and segment the CRM for more intelligent targeting- Integrate and optimize the marketing tech stack for operational scaleKey Qualities :- Strong written communication with native-level English fluency- Prior experience with outbound sales enablement or marketing automation tools- Comfortable using AI tools for content, research, or personalization- Familiarity with outbound strategy frameworks like ICP, JTBD, and Intent-based targeting- Self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently in fast-moving environments- 2-4 years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally SaaS or tech-focused (ref:updazz.com)
